Our Staff

Our professional cleaning staff are always uniformed and, when required, wear name badges when working on-site. We only hire experienced and proven cleaners, and ensure that they receive specific training for cleaning at your location. We can conduct police background checks, and can provide you with Blue Card (working with children) and Construction Card cleaners upon request.

We assign specific cleaners to your business, so that they are familiar with the location, and are aware of any issues that may have been raised in the past. This is important both for quality assurance, and Workplace Health and Safety.

At smaller locations, our cleaners are overseen by a working supervisor, who manages the cleaning staff day-to-day, communicates with you, and assists with cleaning. At larger premises, working supervisors manage cleaners in a specific area, and report to their Area Manager. The Area Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of our contract with you, and will report to the Account Manager.
